Shipping & Returns Policy
Delivery:
Canvas and Nylon Company Limited uses Royal Mail standard delivery as our preferred method of postage. If
your order is placed directly with us before 5.30PM, we will endeavor to send your
package the following day, otherwise it will be sent next business day.

Delivery Policy
If we ship, we ship most packages by regular or express post. All charges
will be calculated automatically depending of what you choose. All
orders shipped outside the United Kingdom will be charged the current
shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a
foreign address and would like to know the shipping charges you may
request that information in the "Contact Us" link and we will e-mail
you the total.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after you
receive your order if we shipped it to you or you purchased directly from us otherwise your claim is with the supplier you used. We will credit your original form of payment. All
merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We
do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise nor can we
credit shipping and handling charges.
In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any
additional shipping charges associated with the item if we shipped them. All returns must
be authorized by email. Which means you should send an email to returns@ requesting a return authorization number. Please include in the email
the products you are returning and your order number. You will be
issued a return authorization number. Please write the return
authorization number on the return form and include it with the
merchandise when you ship it back to us. |
